3-in-1 Convertible Crib with Toddler Bed Conversion Kit

I can't believe they expect you to save four screws for 20 months while this crib is in infant mode for you to remember where the four extra screws are when it's time to convert this to a toddler mode. Additionally, when it's in toddler mode you have to store four bolts and three wooden dowels if you ever want to convert it back to infant mode. If you use the same screws in toddler mode as in infant mode you will splinter the sides and bolts will stick out the sides. Is this company even real? I have a hard time believing they designed this product and never actually assembled this themselves asking these simple questions to themselves. Who would have approved this through production these unnecessary bolts? They could have saved themselves more money by just using the same bolts in every configuration and drilled three extra holes to allow the dowels to remain in place. For the fact that they didn't do their due diligence and it appears they never actually assembled. This themselves stay away from this product who knows what else they didn't foresee. Don't spend money supporting stupid people who designed this stupid product.

In the photo below (3) K dowels and (4) P screws are needed in infant mode but (4) S screws are needed in toddler mode. Have fun storing the hardware when in the different modes and not losing them. You literally had one job and you failed.
